We are seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to join our residential aged care team in Tamworth, Australia.
- The successful candidate will assist in the process of continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Standards and regulations.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about delivering high-quality clinical services and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the aged care sector and related regulations
- AHPRA registration (RN) desirable
- At least 3 years aged care experience, preferably in a quality role
- Demonstrated quality, compliance & clinical governance understanding
- Sound knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process
- Excellent understanding of quality assurance & auditing processes
- Assisting with compliance and policy protocols, accreditation, auditing, and processes to achieve 100% compliance within the Quality Standards
- Coordinating, educating, and mentoring clinical staff
- Continuously improving processes and identifying areas for growth and development
This is a part-time position working three days per week, with 7.5 hours per day.
