
Customer Success Representative

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will provide a high level of phone-based customer service and operational support to all our customers' stores. This busy and exciting position is perfect for someone looking to grow and develop their career and learn from the ground up.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Be responsible for receipt and amendment of customer orders into the system.
- Advise customers of changes in item numbers and products as well as out of stock items.
- Liaise with warehouse and transport departments to process additional orders.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely processing of credits.
- Maintain accurate records and master files.
Key Qualifications:
- A self-starter who can manage their own time and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and develop solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team-oriented environment to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to follow through.
- Previous experience using ERP, CRM & WMS systems would be advantageous.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
