Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our Direct Sales Operations team, driving growth through building strong relationships with customers and delivering a seamless experience.

About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for working with existing customers to help them achieve their goals, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a personalized journey from inquiry to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and other channels
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets while fostering a positive team culture
  • Accurately updating and managing our CRM system
