About The Role

As a Customer Success Representative, you will be part of our growing Direct Sales Operations team, which plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of our personal and auto loan products. You will join a dynamic, engaged, and high-performing sales team, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to completion.

With ambitious plans ahead, we're looking for a motivated, driven, and passionate individual to join us in Adelaide and contribute to our ongoing success.

What will I be doing?

• You will work with existing customers to help them get a faster and fairer loan in a multi-channel environment and provide a personalised journey in securing a new loan with Plenti.
• Managing inbound and outbound calls, replying to our customers' email enquiries, live chat, and supporting our customers every step of their loan journey.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets whilst contributing to a positive team culture
• Accurately updating and managing our CRM platform

Upon successful completion of probation, you will have the ability to work from home two days a week.
