This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and empathizing with customers who are facing financial challenges. You will be part of a dynamic team that works together to find solutions that meet customers' needs and protect their financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Holding phone-based conversations with customers who are experiencing temporary or ongoing financial difficulty and working with them to understand their situation and needs.
- Providing tailored support to help customers manage their obligations and safeguard their financial interests while protecting the bank's security position.
You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through comprehensive training programs, which include minimum 6 months of in-office based learning.
What We're Looking For:- A demonstrated passion for delivering great customer outcomes and a caring nature.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Previous experience in a customer service-based role, preferably in banking or a related industry.
