Specialist Training and Assessment Professional


About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Trainer and Assessor with substantial High Risk Training experience to join our team. This position will provide the Training and Assessing requirements to our site teams, enhancing their skills and expertise.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitation of High Risk Operations Training and Assessing
  • Delivery of company specific Training and Assessments including Verification of Competency Assessments
  • Maintenance of accurate and compliant training records, including digital training matrices for personnel, to ensure needs are met
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work without supervision
  • Well-organized and excellent time management skills with strong attention to details
  • Hands-on approach to teamwork, positive attitude and superior customer service skills are essential

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Current Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment
  • WorkSafe Assessor Accreditation
  • Proven experience and specialist skills in the specific high-risk work areas being taught
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of industry practices and technical systems with the ability to train content in a professional manner
  • Licensed to train and deliver Elevated Work Platform (EWP) and Confined Space Entry and Gas Testing (NUOC)
  • Intermediate/Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • SAP/LMS experience highly regarded
