Training Opportunity
We are seeking skilled and experienced professionals to join our team as Trainers in WorkSafe High-Risk Work licence training and Civil Construction/Rigging courses. Your expertise will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training services to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services, combining theory and practical activities.
- Ensure that the content and delivery of accredited courses meet ASQA/RTO Standards and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Supervise students' behaviors and provide motivating training.
- Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation.
- Travel may be required to deliver training off-site.
Requirements:
- Hold a Cert IV TAE (and upgrade units if required).
- Demonstrated workplace experience within a relevant industry sector.
- Be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check.
- Must be an Australian Resident.
- Hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence.
