Client Services Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Kalgoorlie. This max term, part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing essential services to the community.
DescriptionIn this role, you will ensure clients can access our services in ways that are person-centred, safe, and responsive. You will be the first point of contact for many clients and will help refer them to services where appropriate. You will also provide support to ensure the smooth running of the office, providing administrative support, accurately entering data and maintaining electronic client files.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional communication skills with an ability to relate to a wide range of clients in need of assistance.
- Ability to respond to clients in distress, and be comfortable de-escalating people who are upset.
- Well-developed computer skills (MS Word, MS Outlook, client management system).
- Financial management skills including ability to issue invoices and receipt money.
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year.
