  • A busy Tier 2 builder is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the construction team on a large project in Western Sydney.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. They will oversee the excavation, structure, and finishes phases of the project, collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met, provide leadership and guidance to site staff, and monitor project progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee the excavation, structure, and finishes phases of the project.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff.
  • Monitor project progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Foreman delivering projects in excess of $50 million.
  • Previous experience with a Tier 1-2 construction company.
  • Experience with running the structure phase on previous projects.
  • Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead a team and solve problems under pressure.
