We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of a major construction project in Western Sydney. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating subcontractors, and communicating effectively with the project team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality benchmarks. They will work closely with the Site Manager to oversee the excavation, structure, and finishes phases of the project. This includes assisting the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising all construction activities, collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, and providing leadership and guidance to site staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Foreman delivering projects in excess of $50 million
- Previous experience working with Tier 1-2 construction companies
- Experience with running the structure on previous projects
- Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in managing excavation and structure phases of construction projects
- Ability to effectively lead a team and solve problems under pressure
