Site Supervisor - Construction Projects

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finishes and facade work, with experience managing excavation and structure phases.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the site manager in coordinating and supervising all construction activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Oversee the excavation, structure, and finishes phases of the project
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor project progress and report to the site manager on a regular basis
  • Act as a mentor to junior staff, preparing them for future leadership roles
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Foreman delivering projects in excess of $30m
  • Previous experience working with Tier 1-2 construction companies
  • Experience with finishes and facade work on previous projects
  • Good proven tenure at previous companies
  • Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in managing excavation and structure phases of construction projects
  • A can-do attitude and good work ethic
