Audio Visual Site Supervisor – 110,000 base salary | 100% Onsite – Matraville, Sydney

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and deployment of audio-visual (AV) systems across multiple project sites. This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone with strong AV technical expertise who thrives in leading teams and delivering high-quality projects on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate AV installation activities across multiple project sites.
  • Lead and supervise a team of installers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
  • Provide hands-on technical expertise in AV system setup, wiring, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards.
About You
  • Proven experience as an AV Site Supervisor
  • Strong understanding of AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX) and conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms).
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation plans.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and installation experience.
  • Essential: Current Driver's License + Construction White Card.
  • Desirable: Working at Heights, EWP, ACA Cabling License, Working with Children Check.
  • Must be PR or Australian Citizen (security clearance a bonus).
