\Key Role: Data Infrastructure Engineer\

This is a pivotal position for an individual who thinks strategically, excels in fast-paced environments, and has experience crafting exceptional user experiences that delight users.

\Primary Responsibilities:\
  • To source novel audio data effectively and integrate it into our ingestion pipeline.
  • Manage and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently hosted on GCP and managed using Terraform.
  • Collaborate closely with our Scientists to optimize the cost/throughput/quality ratio, delivering richer data at bigger scale and lower cost to power our next-generation models.
\Essential Qualifications:\
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in bash/Python scripting within Linux environments.
  • Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts, along with professional experience with at least one major Cloud Provider (we utilize GCP).
  • Experience with web crawlers and large-scale data processing workflows is beneficial.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
