Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Porter to join our team at The Westin Brisbane. As a Porter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, including providing information on hotel amenities and services.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell areas.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest service.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume environment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
