Job Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent and analytical Financial Accountant to assist our finance team in delivering high-quality financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurate recording of expenses and income
  • Month-end processing and reconciliations
  • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and accruals of expenses based on agreements
  • Timely fee billing and supporting audits and external reporting obligations

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Degree in Commerce or Business, majoring in Accounting
  • Currently pursuing a CA or CPA qualification
  • Experience in a similar finance or accounting role (property sector experience an asset)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of accounting standards and tax obligations
