We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee and direct multiple projects within a significant technology implementation program. Key responsibilities include leading and managing prioritisation, planning, and delivery of the program, as well as creating high-performing project teams.
  • Plan and manage budgets for large-scale programs;
  • Identify and mitigate risks and challenges through proactive management;
  • Work closely with resource managers to allocate resources effectively;

 

To be successful in this role, you will require at least 5 years' experience in similar Program Manager positions, along with extensive experience in leading diverse teams and proven capability in coordinating and delivering programmes from initiation through to handover to BAU.

Additionally, experience with scheduling and budgetary responsibility for projects and/or large complex programs is highly desirable, as is familiarity with PMBOK, PRINCE2, or OnQ project management methodologies.
