Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a major infrastructure development in Brisbane, Australia.

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure all submissions meet compliance standards, including design documentation, stakeholder inputs, and sequencing of approvals.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external consultants, ensuring clarity of requirements and timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of approvals progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues where necessary to maintain programme integrity.

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualification, proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, and strong understanding of development and building approvals processes.
