Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
">This role presents an exceptional opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in payroll and human resources. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our business.
">About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing using Attache across all departments in Australia, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This includes onboarding new staff members, setting up their payroll, and organizing contracts and policies. You will also provide regular payroll reporting, maintain documentation, and ensure it is audit-ready.
Furthermore, you will facilitate employee performance reviews, organize documentation, and be present during meetings. Additionally, you will manage HR administration, including compliance issues and general HR enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Attache across all departments in Australia.
- Onboard new staff members through setting up their payroll, and organizing contracts and policies.
- Provide regular payroll reporting and keep documentation up to date and audit-ready.
- Facilitate employee performance reviews through organizing documentation and being present during meetings.
- Manage HR administration including compliance issues and general HR enquiries.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in payroll in Australia and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You should be proactive, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
