Job Title

The Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine is seeking a skilled Payroll and HR Support Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational payroll services and coordinate various HR support functions.
  • Oversee and deliver all aspects of payroll related activities, ensuring accurate processing within nominated timeframes.
  • Undertake investigations, troubleshoot, and resolve complex employment or payroll matters.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high quality payroll and HR Information Systems.
  • Sound working knowledge and understanding of relevant agreements, legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Able to provide clear and concise advice on diverse issues associated with conditions of employment, taxation, superannuation, and payroll activities.

Qualifications/Requirements: Tertiary and HR qualifications and/or experience are required for this role.
