SAP SuccessFactors Expert Consultant

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, including strong knowledge of EC APIs, Time Off, and SAP S/4HANA HR.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
- Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor.
- Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors platform.
- Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and functionalities.
- Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong knowledge of EC APIs, Time Off, and SAP S/4HANA HR.
- Solid understanding of AU/US payroll processes.
