SAP Expert Solution Implementation Leader

Expert-level position responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Payroll modules.
Job Description:- Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement automation opportunities within the SuccessFactors platform.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, EC Time Off, and SAP S/4HANA HR, with a strong understanding of AU/US payroll processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and data discrepancies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and end-users.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
- Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules.
