Lead Climate Risk Assurance Manager

The Senior Climate Risk Manager will lead the delivery of climate risk reviews, ensuring timely and effective assessments of risks and controls across the bank.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the development of climate risk assurance reviews, with a focus on scheduling and workforce flexibility.
- Collaborate across business units to ensure alignment and effective delivery of IA initiatives.
- Ensure IA budgets are realistic and achievable.
- Contribute to the annual IA plan and resource allocation based on business area risk profiles.
This role requires extensive experience in key risk management frameworks and principles, including operational risk and compliance. The successful candidate will have led concurrent audit teams working on complex reviews.

- Substantial experience auditing complex Technology environments.
- Technology risk management experience combined with significant banking & finance industry knowledge.
