Lead a Team of Dedicated Professionals

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily operations and drive excellence in education program delivery, community engagement, and centre management.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Childcare Centre Director. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, guidance, and inspiration to your team, ensuring high-quality educational programs aligned with industry standards.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and implementing centre strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
  • Buidling positive partnerships with families and the community
  • Participating in new centre setup, organisation, and staff recruitment
  • Overseeing daily centre operations and promoting children's well-being
  • Creating a fun, supportive, and welcoming workplace for staff

You Will Bring:

  • A Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a leadership role with proven operational expertise
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Knowledge of CCS compliance and experience navigating CCS software
  • Current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance
