Graduate Engineer Role

This position involves working as a Graduate Engineer, supporting the success of our organisation in both local and national contexts. We are seeking Civil Engineering graduates to join our Water Services Consultancy Team.

As a member of this team, you will be involved in projects spanning various sectors, including defence, social infrastructure, government, commercial, retail, and multi-residential developments. You will also participate in hands-on training and a formal graduate development program that aims to grow and develop your career as a consulting engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with established engineers to understand project scopes and deliverables
  • Develop design projects or components of projects through all phases of design development
  • Attend client meetings alongside senior engineers as our representation in project design meetings with external stakeholders
  • Participate in design and safety reviews and risk assessments
Essential Qualifications
  • Recent, relevant engineering qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An interest in engineering design and project management
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Australian Citizenship and eligibility for baseline security clearance
