Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Professional to join our team as Third In Charge in an adidas Concept Store.

This role involves assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and providing an exceptional consumer experience.

About the Role
  • Assist in driving business growth and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Role model service and selling standards to provide customers with an excellent experience.
  • Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring way.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising standards and ensure adequate shop floor replenishment.
  • Train and coach team members to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.

Requirements
  • Retail Team Leader experience in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
  • Visual Merchandising expertise.
  • Stockroom Procedures knowledge.
