Glue Store is looking for a Third In Charge Sales Assistant to join our team at Bondi Junction & World Square Stores

The Role & Responsibilities:

As Third in Charge, your core mission is to provide memorable and unrivalled customer experiences to everyone who walks through our doors.

  • Prioritize customers at all times
  • Take a fun & creative approach to selling
  • Assist customers with queries, processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers
  • Support your Department Managers and share product knowledge with customers
  • Escalate customer complaints to management
  • Be part of a team that values itself and its members
  • Empower team members to be accountable and own their results
  • Maintain a positive attitude and have fun while working
  • Learn from experiences and celebrate team wins
  • Work under the guidance of the Store Manager to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Handle opening and closing procedures
