About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee daily operational activities and manage contractor relationships within our NBN Unify Services contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise, direct, and coordinate the work of field staff and sub-contractors.
- Evaluate the quality of field work to ensure adherence to OH & S policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff and sub-contractors.
- Communicate with clients and their customers to manage network and plant services.
- Liaise with public authorities for provision of services to the network and working in public areas.
- Report status updates to management and customers.
- Optimize scheduling of work, staff, and equipment to meet production targets.
- Tertiary qualification relevant to the role.
- Experience in the Telecommunications industry.
- A proven track record of meeting targets and budgets.
- Strong contract management skills and adaptability.
- NBN Enable accreditation is an advantage.
- Permanent, full-time position.
