Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity
  • Manage work orders, transfers, and accuracy of Work In Process (WIP) stock
  • Coordinate with Sales Operations and Stores on delivery dockets, invoicing, and shipments
  • Promote quality, safety, and productivity improvement initiatives
  • Lodge timesheets for Itron and employment agency staff
  • Plan and schedule monthly production, ensuring adequate labour resources
  • Conduct hiring interviews, selection, coaching, development, and evaluation of production personnel
  • Support Sales Operations with queries and information
  • Assist with product test data collection and formatting
