Day-to-Day Operations Management

TQCSI is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to oversee the day-to-day operations, client relationships, and internal processes of their Australian team.

About the Role:

  • \
  • Liaise with clients, review contracts, and coordinate certifications.\
  • Maintain client records, process audit reports, and update the Company ERP.\
  • Manage audit scheduling, report distribution, and ensure data integrity.\
  • Oversee office activities, manage correspondence, and coordinate staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews.\
  • Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and track client satisfaction indicators.\
  • Prepare and present operational and audit reports in monthly meetings.\
  • Coordinate with auditors, manage office staff workloads, and maintain a positive team environment.\
  • Develop and implement efficient operational systems and procedures.\\
