Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Corporate lawyer with experience in advising on government and commercial matters.

This is a unique opportunity to work across a diverse client base, spanning both corporate and government sectors.

  • Shareholders agreements and corporate structuring;
  • Sale and acquisition of business assets and shares;
  • Capital raising transactions, including private equity and venture capital;
  • Mid-market M&A transactions; and
  • Regulatory compliance and governance.
About the Role

You will play a critical role in advising clients on various corporate and commercial matters, utilizing your expertise in the Corporations Act and regulatory frameworks.

  • A strong understanding of the Corporations Act;
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end transactions;
  • Excellent drafting and client-facing skills;
  • A proactive and commercially-minded approach;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
