Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Canberra. As a member of our corporate group, you will work on complex corporate matters and be part of a supportive, high-performing team.
About the Role- Work on various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and joint ventures.
- Engage with clients across different industries, providing advice on corporate law matters.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and contribute to the growth and success of our team.
- Provide legal advice on corporate law matters, including contract review and drafting, due diligence, and merger negotiations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and help drive the growth of our practice.
- Australian law degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with a top-tier law firm.
- Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills.
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Residency.
