Senior Food Product Developer

The role of a Product Development Expert is to work within the Product Development team, creating new and improved food products tailored to the health industry.
This position involves managing assigned product development opportunities and projects, conducting bench work, ingredient sourcing, and formulation development, as well as preparing product costings and nutritional information.
Candidates should have experience in food ingredient development, tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related field, and proven ability in food product development and knowledge around food regulations.
- Develop innovative food products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, QA, Production, and Regulatory to bring products to market.
- Conduct sensory panels and consumer research to inform product development decisions.
