Food Production Specialist

We are seeking a Full Time Food Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in line with our policies and standards. You will take ownership of your designated kitchen section, ensuring every dish meets excellence in quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Excellence: Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to standard recipes; assist in menu planning and maintaining high culinary standards.
  • Team Support & Development: Provide guidance, training, and coaching to kitchen staff; assist with recruitment, performance management, and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Stock & Equipment Management: Assist with ordering, maintaining, and monitoring stock and kitchen equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and third parties in a professional manner.
  • Strong problem-solving, reasoning, motivational, organizational, and training abilities.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Arts, Culinary Skills, or a related field.
