Job Title: Executive Chef Manager

Description:

  • Oversee student dining and hospitality operations, including food preparation for meal plans and special events.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to maintain quality and quantity of food.
  • Lead the production of outstanding food and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Purchase and manage food supplies and equipment.
  • Represent the university to students, parents, and external constituencies.
  • Maintain sanitation standards and compliance with health codes.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in food preparation and service to ensure consistent quality.
  • Maintain desired quality and quantity of food throughout the meal period.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate production employees.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Student Dining and Hospitality.
  • Assist with purchasing and budgeting processes.
  • Act as a representative of the university.
  • Ensure proper sanitation standards and procedures are followed.
  • Oversee product ordering for student dining, special events, and external events.
  • Develop recipes and menus and manage inventories.
