We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Outside of School Hours Care Coordinator.

About the Opportunity

As an Outside of School Hours Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a positive relationship with the school community and managing a team of educators who support you in operating a high-quality and fun program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing programs that promote social, emotional, and physical development of children
  • Creating a positive and inclusive environment that supports diversity and equity
  • Managing a team of educators and ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including incident reports and staff performance management
Requirements
  • A Diploma level ACECQA approved qualification or higher
  • HLTAID012 First Aid Qualifications (including valid CPR)
  • Working With Children Check Employee edition
  • Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications
  • Equivalent experience
