About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to enrich the lives of our residents by designing and implementing engaging programs. This role suits passionate individuals who want to make a real difference.

This full-time position involves managing our Leisure and Lifestyle program, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. You will be part of a close-knit team at Kensington Grange.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new programs for residents.
  • Maintain a supportive team environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community groups.
Requirements
  • Certificate III/IV Community Services Aged Care - Diversional Therapy or equivalent.
  • Diversional Therapy/Lifestyle experience in an Aged Care facility (desirable).
  • Previous experience as a PCA would be well regarded.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Patience and positive attitude.
  • Current police check.
  • COVID vaccination.
