The Postnatal Care Program Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to new mothers and their families.
This strategic leader provides day-to-day assistance and support to ensure seamless care delivery, fostering strong relationships between midwives, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
As an experienced Registered Midwife, you will be part of a like-minded team that shares the same values and purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the EPC Midwife Manager to develop and implement effective care programs
- Maintain open communication channels to promote a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Provide clinical and administrative management of the EPC under direction of the Midwife Manager
- Develop strategies that integrate midwifery research, education, and practice
Requirements:
- Experience in Maternity and EPC environments
- Demonstrated expertise in Post Natal, lactation, and domiciliary care
- Proven leadership capabilities
