Job Overview

The purpose of this role is to guarantee customer success with connecting their telecommunications services from the point of sale to activation.

  • Assisting customers with successful connection and use of their products
  • Resolving any technical issues customers face during the connection process
  • Educating customers on the connection process and how to use their products successfully
  • Solving customer enquiries relating to getting connected on new/existing services

To achieve this, you will work closely with customers, using your excellent communication skills to provide a seamless adoption experience.
