As a seasoned Civil Design Engineer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. Your expertise will drive the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion.

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically competent individual to lead our civil engineering design services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and report writing skills, with experience in road design and pavement engineering.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of projects
  • Producing, reviewing, and checking designs according to relevant standards
  • Delivering design calculations, reports, and drawings under limited supervision
  • Providing civil engineering design services to clients

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment, preparing project briefs, scopes of work, and fees. As a mentor to junior team members, you will play a vital role in their growth and development.

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • An Engineering degree in Civil Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years post-graduate engineering consultancy experience
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Familiarity with software packages such as DRAINS, MUSIC, AutoCAD, and Autotrack
