Job Title: Workplace Technology Specialist

This is a dynamic role driving enterprise technology transformation in Melbourne. We're seeking a skilled Workplace Technology Specialist to support end-user technology and drive the next phase of our Windows 11 upgrade project.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and app packaging. They should also possess a solid understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting. Additionally, they should have proven experience in Azure AD and Microsoft 365 support.

Please note that this role requires a valid Victorian Driver's License and access to a vehicle, as well as a Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or VIT registration, and the ability to pass a National Criminal History Check (NCHC).

  • Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for end users.
  • Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot.
  • Package and deploy applications for Windows endpoints.
  • Contribute to Phase 3 of the Windows 11 upgrade rollout.
  • Manage and maintain office network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
  • Support audiovisual systems setup and maintenance.
  • Administer Azure AD and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and hardware/software asset inventory.
  • Handle digital certificates, patching, and regular infrastructure maintenance.
