**Your new role**

Our clients are looking for experienced HLC's to join their team. Your duties will consist of but not limited to:

- To promote health and wellbeing of staff and guests.
- To run and develop health and fitness programs
- Clean and maintain gym and surrounding areas
- Provide quality health and fitness service to all staff onsite
- To maintain a safe environment for all staff and guests in lifestyle activities

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Certificate IV in Fitness - must be Australian recognised
- Senior First Aid & CPR Certificate - Must be valid in the last 12 months
- National Police Clearance - within 3-6 months, or willing to apply.
- To be able to pass a pre-employment medical along with regular drug and alcohol screenings
- Provide two contactable references of a manager/supervisor within the last 12 months
- Outstanding communication and reporting skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrates initiative
- Able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Pilates or yoga qualification - Desired
- Mindfulness Training
- Eagerness to learn
