Job Title: Senior Renewable Energy Project Director

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale renewable energy project.

This is a full-time position that requires a collaborative and inclusive leader who can foster a culture of safety, accountability, respect, and performance within a diverse project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multidisciplinary project team with a focus on safety, environmental sustainability, and quality outcomes.
  • Manage risks, issues, and interfaces across internal teams and contractors.
  • Engage with local communities respectfully and in line with cultural heritage protocols.
Leadership Skills:
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, respect, and performance within the project team.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and interfaces across internal teams and contractors.
Project Management:
  • Lead all phases of project delivery, ensuring successful commissioning and high-quality transition to Operations.
  • Manage construction schedules within approved tolerances.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Represent the project to internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, financiers, and community groups.
  • Maintain open, professional communication on progress, risks, and milestones.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in major infrastructure or renewable project delivery, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven success delivering complex projects in remote environments, preferably in renewables.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and schedules.
