**What **you'll** do**:

- Partner with project sponsors to define, develop and deliver project scope and direction in accordance with the WaterNSW project management framework and content standards.
- Establish, drive and improve the OP&S planning and performance function to enable the optimal allocation of resources to deliver business improvement projects, agreed outcomes and priorities relating to the IPART submission cycle, other internal WaterNSW and external agency reporting requirements.
- Drive the development and reporting of the Portfolio's annual and 5-year Business Plan, working closely with Operations Senior Leadership to integrate and continuously align deliverables and progress to the strategic goals of the Executive Manager Operations.
- Leverage WaterNSW's Project Delivery Framework (PDF) to facilitate oversight, decision-making and status reporting for business improvement projects and benefits realisation across the Operations Portfolio.
- Oversee the successful delivery of projects that have state-wide implications and complex stakeholder interests.

**What we are looking for**:

- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Economics or similar discipline; or equivalent workplace experience
- Knowledge in Power BI, Data Visualisation tools such as Tableau, Spotfire
- Experience developing operating strategies, regulatory requirements and, future state operating models.
- Extensive experience in the development and improvement of analysis and reporting processes.
- Experience with the delivery of projects in cross functional, multi-tiered companies or multiple Govt department
