**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Internal Audit Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of our internal audit function.

**Job Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing audit plans to ensure effective risk management and control processes;
  • Analyzing data and findings to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement audit findings and recommendations;
  • Providing expert advice on audit matters to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in auditing or a related field;
  • Extensive experience in auditing, investigations, business improvement, or data analytics;
  • Demonstrated ability to critically analyze and interpret complex information to formulate value-adding recommendations;
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
