We are seeking a highly skilled Horticultural Maintenance Team Leader to join our team in the Northern Beaches area.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing a small team of Ground Persons, as well as excellent communication skills and prior experience leading a highly engaged team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Ground Persons to achieve agreed outcomes within time and budget
  • Client liaison and relationship building
  • Management of projects to ensure that agreed outcomes are achieved within time and budget
  • Supporting various landscape management duties as required, including pest and disease identification, hedging and weeding, and machinery operation, care, and maintenance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid white card
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience leading a highly engaged team
