Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Permanent Jewellery Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and packing down jewellery stands at markets/pop-ups, providing excellent customer service, and representing the brand with pride.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a specialist in setting up and packing down the jewellery stand, greeting and assisting customers in selecting chains and charms, welding permanent jewellery pieces with full training provided, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, delivering friendly and professional customer service, and representing the brand with pride.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable personality, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and steady hands. They will also be comfortable working independently and handling responsibility, punctual, reliable, and proactive. Flexibility to work weekends — most shifts are Friday through Sunday — is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and pack down the jewellery stand at markets/pop-ups
  • Greet and assist customers in selecting chains and charms
  • Weld permanent jewellery pieces (full training provided)
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace
  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service and represent the brand with pride
