Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Coordinator to join our team. As an Export Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our export logistics and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the export logistics process, including arranging shipments, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and other financial documents related to export sales.
- Collaborate with the Mondelez International freight management team, freight forwarders, and production team to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, stock levels, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to export customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Manage promotional programs, point of sale, and other marketing initiatives for export markets.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory and compliance requirements for export markets, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in International Trade or a related field.
- Formal training in International Trade (Export Focus) or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in export logistics and sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team environment.
- A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
