Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Logistics Coordinator to join our team at cPersonnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling export sea and airfreight operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of export booking process and documentation
  • Arranging bookings with sea and air carriers
  • Invoicing of shipments in a timely manner
  • Communicating with customers regarding shipment status
  • Providing quotations to clients, as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in export sea/air shipments
  • FCL/LCL experience
  • FAK experience is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Cargowise/EDI experience is required
  • Ability to handle high volume of emails and customer queries
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a team environment
