We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of comprehensive facilities management services.

Job Description

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring optimal building performance, occupant satisfaction, and operational excellence across managed properties. This includes leading facilities management operations, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing facilities staff and service providers, and overseeing facilities budget.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management. They will also possess strong leadership skills, excellent financial management abilities, and a proven track record of successful client relationship management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and industry standards
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and service providers
  • Excellent financial management abilities including budgeting and cost control
  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management
