Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to manage our Kindy and Outside School Hours Care services on a full-time permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for daily operations, ensuring high-quality care and fostering a safe, nurturing environment.
  • Manage and mentor educators while guiding service development to meet local needs.
  • Collaborate with business consultants and experts to drive excellence in care delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks, including the National Quality Framework and Education and Care Services National Regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood & Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in delivering education and/or care of children.
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis qualifications.
